COVID-19 Shipping & Delivery Delays
We know that, for people around the world, COVID-19 is top of mind. We want to thank everyone who works tirelessly on this project, particularly the front-line health care staff. Our emphasis is on the health and well-being of our staff, our customers and our communities. Blackpod closely tracks the situation, adheres to the recommendations of public health officials and is taking the appropriate steps.
First and foremost, we are taking preventive measures to keep our offices and warehouses clean and maintain a healthy environment. All locations are cleaned daily, which includes using sanitizing solutions in high-touch, high-traffic areas. Looking forward, we will work to keep our online store stocked and prices fair. We are working to restock items quickly based on the availability of supply, including diverting products to regions of the world where preventative products are needed most.
Blackpod remains open for business and we are currently experiencing unprecedented levels of demand while dealing with global delays in production and supply. All services will remain operational for the time being, however, over the course of any busy period or new announcement customers may see fluctuations in product selection and delivery.
We will continue to monitor this fluid situation and will shift workloads, as necessary, to ensure all services remain operational. For years, Blackpod has demonstrated unwavering support to our customers in past emergency situations, and in dealing with the present circumstances, we will continue to use every effort to deliver uninterrupted services to all our customers.

We ship our orders out from our warehouse in Cicero, Illinois via USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex. Orders outside the US can take up to 20 business days for receipt of order.

An order CANNOT be canceled once it is placed. Due to the automatic nature of our fulfillment system, all orders have shipping labels created the same day and are sent out the following morning.
